The word Repentance is commonly spoken of worldwide. However the understanding thereof is often misunderstood. In this report the scriptures will uncover what Repentance truly is according to the Holy Bible.
When Christ began his ministry he gave commandments on how to repent and inherit the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 4:17 “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand”
Instinctively, many who can repent of there sins and attain salvation always ask the question?
Who is Repentance For?
Repentance is for the Israelites first and fore most for blessings to come upon the Earth.
Revelation 7:1 “And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
2: And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3: Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4: And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.”
This proves the angels are even holding back the final destruction until 144,000 Israelites are sealed with the understanding that they are Israelites and the keeping of God’s laws in Christ.
Everything must begin with Christ and the Nation of Israel. In the end the nations will be obedient to the Most High’s laws under Christ and the nation of Israel, read Psalms 149:1-9, Isaiah 14:1-4, Isaiah 60:9-16, Revelation 21:24, and many more. All the prophecies recorded must come to pass including prophecies of judgments upon the nations. Ultimately everyone will be obedient to the Laws of the Most High taught to them by the Israelites.
Zechariah 8: 22 “ Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
23: Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.”
The nation of Israel repenting in Christ re-establishes all the promises made regarding them and greater promises. There has always been a distinct difference between the children of Israel and the other nations.
Acts 5:29 “Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men”
Acts 5:30 “The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.”
Acts 5:31 “Him hath God Exalted (Jesus Christ) with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins”
Christ only laid down his life for the Nation of Israel to repent establishing the new covenant which re-establishes all the promises made regarding them.
Christ was sacrificed on the cross for the sins of the Israelites. The Israelites committed sin by breaking the commandments of the Heavenly Father.
Therefore the Israelites must repent by keeping the commandments of God in the faith of Christ to inherit the promises.
Revelations 14:12 “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ”
Matthew 15:24 “But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the House of Israel.”
Christ is specifying he is only sent to the Israelites that believe upon him. The Israelites that believe in Christ by keeping the commandments of God will inherit the Kingdom of heaven on Earth. The Israelites are the chosen people of GOD that Christ was sent to redeem.
Here is an example of the promises being reaffirmed in Christ for the Israelites.
Genesis 22: 17: That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
18: And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”
That prophesy explains how Israel shall be numbered as the stars of heaven and as the sand of the sea, a great multitude. Israel shall possess their enemies which are the other nations, Christ is the firstborn of the nation of Israel, the seed begins with him according to Galatians 3:16 and Romans 8:29. All nations of the earth shall be blessed by Israel teaching them the Most High’s laws in Christ;
Isaiah 2: 2: “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house(Israel) shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
3: And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4: And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.”
Christ’s death and resurrection re-establishes the promises to Israel setting them up again as the chosen nation and they shall teach all nations the Laws and all nations shall be at peace. Yes world peace, at last. Also read Zechariah 14:16-21 for example.
There fore Genesis 22:17,18 was not done away with in Christ but rather re-established according to The new covenant given to Israel.
Revelation 2:26 “ And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
27: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.”
Furthermore, Brothers and Sisters to truly understand repentance you must remember what sin is. .
1st John 3:4 “Whosoever commiteth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”
Meaning to commit sin means to break the laws of the Heavenly Father. The so-called Negroes, West Indians, Haitians and Hispanics etc. who are the Israelites, are in the midst of sin. Our people today are in the midst of committing such sins as adultery, fornication, and idolatry, murder that is against the commandments of the Heavenly Father.
Ezekiel 18:30 “ Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel every one according to his ways, saith the LORD GOD. Repent and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.”
The Heavenly Father is letting us know that we must repent from all of our sins and follow his commandments.
Psalms 78:5 “ For he established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel which he commanded our fathers that they should make them known to their children:
Psalms 78:6 “ That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
Psalms 78:7 “ That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:”
Psalms 147: 19 “ He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgements unto Israel.
Psalms 147:20 “ He hath not dealt so with any other nation: and as for his judgements, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
David is praising the Lord that he has only given the Nation of Israel his Majestic Commandments.
The nation of Israel is the only nation the Heavenly Father gave the commandments to. As a result of the nation of Israel breaking the laws of the Heavenly Father the curses fell upon the Israelites. Read Deuteronomy 28:15-68.
Deuteronomy 28:68 “ And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt (Meaning bondage Read Exodus 20:2) again with ships (the Israelites came to Americas and the Caribbean islands by slave ships) by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you”
The Israelites were sold on auction blocks as slaves in the land of their captivity; the only man that can save (buy) the Israelites is Christ.
No man on the face of the earth is going to upstage Christ redeeming the Israelites. (Read Acts 4:10-12) Slavery is one of the many curses that fell upon the Israelites for their disobedience.
How Does an Israelite Repent?
Psalms 119:9 “ Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word”
The way an Israelite cleanses his/her mind is by humbling themselves to the scriptures of the Most High and Christ. This begins the process of Repenting.
The repenting Israelites must acknowledge their sins before the Most High and Christ in repenting of their sins.
Proverbs 28:13 “ He that covereth his sins shall not prosper. (Meaning one that hides and continues in their sins) but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy”
The Israelite Brother or sister that confesses their sins to the Most High and Christ must stop committing those sins and apply the commandments in the faith of Christ.
The inner man and woman must now change and humble his or herself to the scriptures as it is written. As a result of confessing your sins and departing from them, the Lord will show mercy.
Once that inner man and inner woman repents then the outward Israelite man and woman will outwardly show how an Israelite should walk according to the laws of the Most High in Christ.
Ephesians 4:23 “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; (Meaning Repent) what has to be cleansed from your mind is the evil it constantly entertains.
Christ spoke of what is in our minds/ our hearts.
Mark 7:21: For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
22: Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
Christ is explaining the wicked thoughts that come to our minds and are acted upon as well.
Verse 24: “And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness”
Psalms 51:17 “ The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: (Meaning That Brother or sister that has sincerely acknowledged they have sinned against the Most High will humble themselves to the commandments of the Most High “a broken and contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise”
The Lord will extend mercy to the Israelites that truly repent and stop committing sin such as adultery, fornication, idolatry etc. That mercy truly lies in the willingness to repent in Christ. (Read Exodus 20:6)
Psalms 19:7 “ The law of the Lord is perfect converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure” the laws of the Most High has no faults; there is no evil in… Thou shalt not have any other gods, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not murder, Thou shalt not steal, Remember the Sabbath keep it holy… etc. In addition, the keeping of the commandments of The Heavenly Father Thru Christ changes the inner Israelite man and woman.
Ephesians 4: 23 “ And be renewed in the spirit of your mind” True repentance lies within your mind accepting the words of the Most High and Christ and applying them to your life everyday. Acknowledging your sins and applying the commandments in the faith of Christ is truly being Born again.
Acts 3:19 “ Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the time of refreshing (repentance and salvation thru Jesus Christ) shall come from the presence of the Lord”
John 3:3 “ Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again (Repent as an Israelite in Christ)… he cannot see the kingdom of God”
Matthew 19: 16 “ And behold one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do that I might inherit eternal life?
Matthew 19:17” And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.”….
The commandments have to be kept in the faith of Christ to attain salvation. (Read Revelations 22:14)
John 17:17, “Sanctify (cleanse) them (Israelites) through thy truth (Psalms 119:142/John 14:6): thy word (the Bible) is truth.”
The word and application of the laws thru Christ written in the Bible shall cleanse the minds of the Israelites who have been taught lies by philosophy and false religion.
James 1:22, “But be ye doers of the word (the “doers of the word ” are the Israelites, who hear the word [accept they are the Israelites, according to the Bible], repent of their sins [by refusing to follow the philosophies/customs of the nations], learn / keep the Commandments of the Most High and Christ)
…and not hearers only (the “hearers” hear the word [via: street teachings, television, flyers, or the Internet etc.], know they are the Israelites believe they are the Lord’s chosen people, but still choose to honor and follow the lies/philosophies/customs of the world [for example; by celebrating Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc], rather then observing the Laws of the Heavenly Father),
… deceiving your own selves.” The “hearers ” are deceiving themselves, because they believe that just knowing their nationality and what the commandments are is sufficient (and they are not required to obey/keep the Laws of the Bible), and as a result deceive themselves that they will be saved/delivered from the judgement of the Most High and Christ.
Matthew 15:8 “ This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me”
As the Pharisees spoke of the commandments they themselves did not keep the commandments in the faith of Christ. They were hypocrites. ( Matthew 23:1-4)
Israelites that truly repent cannot follow after the example the Pharisees left behind. To truly repent relies in keeping the commandments in the faith of Christ in spirit and in truth.
John 4:22 “ Ye worship ye know not what; we know what we worship for salvation is of the Jews”
John 4:23 “ But the hour cometh (Meaning in the last days) and now is, when the true worshippers (the Israelites that truly Believe in the Most High and Christ as the scriptures saith) shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth.”
John 2:3, “And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments (if any claim they know Christ, first – they must know him as an Israelite, repent of their sins [stop following the lies/customs of the nations], keep the Laws of the Most High, those who do these things know Christ
Verse 4, He that saith, I know him and keepeth not his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
The Most High is letting Israel know if they return back unto him, it must be done in sincerity and truth (by keeping His Laws in Christ), and not as a hypocrite. An example of these hypocrites are those who know the commandments of God but yet keep the traditions of men.
Wherefore Brothers and Sisters it is imperative we repent and humble ourselves to the scriptures.
Ecclesiasticus 5:7 “Make no tarrying to turn to the Lord, and put not off from day to day: for suddenly shall the wrath of the Lord come forth, and in thy security thou shalt be destroyed, and perish in the day of vengeance”
Repent quickly Brothers and sisters and do not rely on the belief that you have tomorrow or next week to repent. For tomorrow is promised to no man. If you choose to take your time in coming to serve the Lord, The Most High can bring forth his judgment in the midst of your sins. Repent!!! Also Repentance is open to those of you who have known you’re Israelites for years but have yet to forsake your sins and apply the commandments to your lives. Repent, read Matthew 7:21-23.
Here are a few verses you can pray in private.
Psalms 51:1 “Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2: Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3: For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.”
Psalms 25:7 “Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD.”
Now you must begin to learn and do God’s commandments
Psalms 119:165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. 166: LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.”
